We know you don’t like minimum order, we don’t like it ourselves but in order for us to minimize the cost of delivery, we had to enforce the minimum order. Without minimum order, the cost of delivery would increase on our customers and we’re just trying to avoid that.

Yes we do, during checkout, you will be able to select attended/unattended delivery. When selecting unattended delivery, you don’t have to be home when we deliver your order. Just leave us a note in the comments section where to leave the order outside your house.
If your order contains any items that requires refrigeration and you selected unattended delivery. We will place these items in foam boxes with reusable ice packets inside. You will be charged a refundable $3.99 for the foam box and the ice packets, if you return the foam box and the ice packets undamaged to halaDelivery with your next order, we will credit your account with the full amount of $3.99.
Not to worry, we will check your order and see if it contains any items that requires refrigeration. If it does, we will place these items in foam boxes with reusable ice packets inside. You will be charged a refundable $3.99 for the foam box and the ice packets.
If you return the foam box and the ice packets undamaged to halaDelivery with your next order, we will credit your account with the full amount of $3.99.

If you are not satisfied for any reason with an item purchased through the halaDelivery Service, we will provide you with a credit towards your next halaDelivery order or a refund to your selected method of payment. Just call us at (571) 424-3774 within 2 days of delivery or pick-up if the item is perishable and within 7 days of delivery or pick-up if the item is non-perishable and let us know your concern. We may need to see the item to determine the cause of the problem before we issue a credit or refund and will arrange for the item to be picked up if delivered to you.
